Ordering online is very quick and easy, simply click on the ‘BUY ONLINE' button and follow the onscreen instructions where you go through the to checkout and complete your transaction.

The simplest was to pay is by Debit/Credit card using our secure 128 bit encryption payment gate which is fully secured. We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express credit cards and Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo debit cards. We also accept payment by Paypay for those customers who prefer to pay in this way.

If you purchase a item from silentroaronline.co.uk this means you have read and agreed to these terms and Conditions and understood them fully.

Delivering your Purchase

Order are dispatched within 1-2 working days from payment being recieved.  This does not include weekends and bank holidays. Items are dispatched by either Royal Mail First Class or by courier.

Delivery takes between 2-5 working days (excluding bank holidays).

Please note we cannot be held responable for delays caused by Royal Mail or any of our couriers which we use. If your item is delayed then please inform us so we can locate your parcel and resolve the issue for you.

Any items that are purchased over the weekends are dispatched on the first Monday following the weekend.  

Bank holiday purchases are sent out on the first working day after the bank holiday. 
    
If you are ordering your purchase from any of the areas below, then please allow a few extra days for delivery, as in some circumstances, it may take a little longer.

Delivery Delays

If you have purchased your item and chosen the Next-Day delivery method and the item doesn't arrive to you as expected then please contact us by email at Tracking@silentroaronline where we will track your parcel.
Liasing with our carrier may take upto 24 hours.

Next day delivery is only available if it appears at check-out and you sellect "Next Day Delivery"

Returning your item

Refunds will not be given until item is received back to us in good condition.  We will contact you via email, once item is received to arrange necessary refunds and resolve any concerns.

Upon returning your item, please include within the box your order number and a note explaining any problems you have had with the item.

Unwanted Items

If you have an unwanted item, and wish to return it to us (as long it is suitable for sale and in all original undamaged packaging), then we require you to send the product back to us.  We will not reimburse you for the costs of returning the item.

We recommend you return the item to us with secure recorded delivery method (which requires a signiture upon delivery)

Upon returning the item, please include your order number within the box.

Refunds

We aim to make sure that all of our customers are fully happy with the products that they purchase from us.  We understand that this is not always the case once you receive your item, if you wish to return your item for a full refund then it must be –

  • Within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Unused and in no way damaged. 
  • In its original packaging, and boxed the way you received it.
  • Suitable for Sale.

If we are not satisfied that the product you have returned meets any of the points above then we may not provide a refund.

If the item you purchased is significantly damaged or faulty on its arrival to you then you are required to inform us immediately via email and then send it back to us. If we are satisfied that the product has not been intentionally damaged then we will offer a replacement or a refund.  In the event of the item being damaged or faulty, then with proof we will refund the return postage costs.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNTIL THE ITEM HAS BEEN RETURNED BACK TO US.
